House rules
We are glad to welcome you to Arctic Log Cabins!
Please, get ready for vacation by checking our house rules:
Check-in is possible from 16:00. Check-out before 11:00. We use lock-boxes next to the entrance door for key delivery. Code is sent to you two days prior to your arrival by email or SMS.
Ask us if you wish to arrive/depart at other times.
Bed-linen & towels are not included in the price. Guests may bring their own or rent them on site: 15 EUR per person per stay. Instructions for booking the linen are sent prior to arrival.
Children of all ages are welcome. Though, unfortunately, we haven’t got cots yet. The stairs leading to the loft are steep and parental control is advised when using them.
Free parking is available on site! There is a place for 2-3 cars in front of your cottage.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00. During this time please avoid behaviour that may disturb other guests nearby.
Pets are allowed on request with no extra charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Penalty 200 EUR.
Parties/events inside the cottage are not allowed.
Please, take good care of your cabin and its furniture. In case of any damage we will have to charge the guests for broken items.
If you opt for the final cleaning through us, all you need to do is to take out garbage to one of the trash bins nearby, load dishes to dishwasher, switch off the lights and lock the door. Please make sure that sauna stove and kitchen plates are turned off. Leave the key to the lock box.
